After completing your order, you will automatically be redirected to a secure Mollie payment environment. Once the payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping
All orders from 3demomedicatie.nl are carefully packaged and shipped in collaboration with PostNL. Thanks to this collaboration, we can guarantee fast and safe delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same working day. Do you order after 16:00? Then we will ship your package the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can track your order.
The shipping costs for Dutch and Belgian addresses are described below.
Netherlands: €6.50 incl. VAT
Belgium: €10,- incl. VAT

Returns via Smart Returns
Are you not completely satisfied or have you accidentally ordered the wrong product? Don’t worry, returns are easy with us via Smart Returns from PostNL.
This is how it works:

You will receive a digital barcode from us by mail

Have your barcode scanned at a PostNL point where an employee is present

An employee at the PostNL point will print the return label for you and take your shipment back

As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount to your account.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

The products must be unused and in original condition.
